Chapter 2's Figure 2 is a bar chart showing the percentage of males aged 12 or older reporting marijuana use during the past month, by quarter and geographic area for 2000 and 2001. It shows that in the NY CMSA, the prevalence rate of past month marijuana use among males increased from 5.1 percent in the first three quarters of 2001 to 9.3 percent in the fourth quarter.
